Services for Healthcare Practices
Three services. Each designed around a specific financial need your practice has.
Whether you need dependable monthly bookkeeping, transparent partner reporting, or a thorough year-end with a plain-language conversation — each service has a clear scope, a clear price, and an approach built for clinical settings.
Back to HomeHow to Think About These Services
You might start with one and find others useful as your situation evolves.
Some practices begin with monthly bookkeeping and add partner reporting when a new colleague joins. Others come to us first at year-end, then decide they'd prefer consistent monthly records rather than reconstructing the year in one effort. There's no prescribed order — the right combination depends on your practice's current needs.
If you're unsure which applies to you, a short conversation is usually enough to work it out. We'd rather help you choose sensibly than encourage you to take on more than your practice actually needs.
Service 01 — Monthly
Practice Bookkeeping & Reconciliation
$280 / month
Tidy, dependable bookkeeping for clinics and individual practitioners. Income from various sources — NHS, private, insurance, self-pay — reconciled each month and organised clearly. Expenses categorised consistently. Records kept current without requiring your involvement in the process.
Suited to practitioners who want their financial records in order but don't want to spend their evenings trying to manage that themselves. The result is a clear, current picture of your practice's finances — available whenever you need it.
Monthly income reconciliation across all payer types
Consistent expense categorisation designed for clinical settings
Monthly summary in plain language
Prompt flagging if anything unusual appears
Foundation for year-end accounts (reduces effort at year-end significantly)
Service 02 — Monthly
Partner & Drawings Reporting
$420 / month
Clear, structured reporting on partner shares, drawings, and shared practice costs. Presented in a format that makes the figures easy to follow — for all partners, not just the one who pays closest attention to the accounts.
Designed for group practices where financial transparency among colleagues matters. When everyone has access to the same clearly documented figures, discussions about arrangements can happen with reference to actual numbers rather than impressions — which tends to keep things calmer and more collegial.
Monthly partner drawings and income allocation report
Shared cost breakdown structured for easy partner review
Consistent month-on-month format for comparison
Figures explained in plain language — no financial background required to follow them
Can be combined with bookkeeping service for a complete monthly picture
Service 03 — Annual
Year-End Accounts & Planning
$980 per year
Year-end accounts prepared thoroughly and explained in plain language. Not just filed — discussed. We take time to go through the figures with you so you leave understanding what they mean, what they suggest about the year ahead, and what decisions you might want to consider.
Suited to practitioners who want year-end to feel like a useful conversation rather than a compliance exercise. The planning element isn't a cursory note at the end of a report — it's a considered discussion about your practice's financial position and trajectory.
Full preparation of year-end accounts
Plain-language walkthrough of the figures — what they show, what they suggest
Forward-looking planning conversation about the year ahead
Summary of financial position in terms you can use
Significantly smoother when combined with our monthly bookkeeping service

Services can be combined. If you're considering more than one, a short conversation usually helps identify the right combination for your specific situation — without committing to anything.
Who We Work With
These services are designed for specific situations.
Solo Practitioners
Individual clinicians — GPs, physiotherapists, specialists, therapists — who earn from a mix of private sessions, NHS work, or insurance referrals and want their finances clearly maintained without spending their own time on it.
Typically: Bookkeeping + Year-End
Small Clinics
Practices with two to five practitioners who need their income sources reconciled and their expenses organised — with a monthly picture that's readable by people whose focus is clinical, not financial.
Typically: Bookkeeping + Year-End
Group Practices
Multi-partner arrangements where the financial relationship between partners needs to be clearly documented and regularly reported — so shared costs and drawings are transparent to everyone involved.
Typically: All three services
Combining Services
The services work well together — and the whole is more useful than the parts.
When monthly bookkeeping is in place, year-end accounts take considerably less effort — and the planning conversation is more informed, because the figures have been tracked consistently all year. Partner reporting built on top of clean monthly bookkeeping is clearer and more reliable than reporting assembled from disorganised records.
That said, there's no requirement to take multiple services. If you only need year-end accounts this year, that's a reasonable place to start.
Getting Started
What happens when you get in touch
We'll have a short conversation about your practice
No forms, no automated responses. A real person will read your message and respond with a few questions about your practice type, current setup, and what you're hoping to get from an accounting service.
We'll suggest what makes sense for your situation
Based on your practice type and needs, we'll recommend which service or combination of services would be most useful — and be honest if we think you don't need something yet.
We set things up together
Once you'd like to proceed, we establish the account structure around your specific setup — income sources, expense categories, partner arrangements if applicable — and from there, the ongoing work begins without requiring significant involvement from you.
No Pressure
Not sure which service fits your practice? A message is the easiest way to find out.
Tell us a little about your practice and what you're looking for. We'll give you an honest view of what would actually be useful — and what wouldn't be worth the cost at this stage. There's no commitment involved in having that conversation.
